When you took out your trial with Sentle you were automatically assigned a number so that you could start testing the awesome features we’ve built. If you convert to a full customer there are a few options available regarding your telephone number that you can discuss with us.

  • You retain your trial number (easy peasy)

  • You ask us to source a new number for you (still easy, will take a couple of days though potentially)

  • You ask us to port your existing number (more of a process to go through that we’ll discuss with you)

For both of the last two options above you will not need to retain your number we allocated to you during your trial.

With Sentle you are able to have multiple phone numbers, with our subscription levels including numbers as standard.
