We’ve made it very easy to make phone calls to your contacts throughout the various areas of Sentle with ‘Call Contact’ shortcuts located in all areas where contact details appear.

Sentle talk uses Voip technology (voice over IP) to make and receive calls through your broadband connection, whether you are using a mobile or deskphone* to run your business.

Calls are recorded and stored against your contact’s records giving you easy access to them if you need to listen back to a specific call for any reason. Notes can also be made and stored against the phone call record that will be available for all Sentle users to read.
